Hey nice coloring! I am guessing you did something with the saturation, but was it for all colors or primarily one color that you desaturated more? Anyways really pretty.
Thank you! If I remember correctly, I used the color balance to make the colors cooler so the blue would stand out more, and then desaturated the whole picture.
